All home designs require review and approval by the Architectural Committee. Minimum home square footage are as follows: Ranch = 2,000 SF; Two Story = 2250 SF. Minimum of two car garages are required. Exterior facades to be a combination of stone, hardboard/composite siding, or brick (at least two types). Architectural Committee reserves right to approve/disapprove changes/variations to all requirements and will give consideration to special circumstances.
Yes, Trauth Homes, Inc. is the designated builder for this development. Lots must be built on within two years of date of purchase. Buyers will be required to cut their grass and maintain their lot from date of purchase unless immediately starting construction.
Lot holds will require a $2,000 refundable deposit and will expire after 30 days. The intent of a lot hold is to allow time for a prospective buyer to come to terms on a home plan design and pricing with our designated builder. Lot holds will not be taken for any other reason.
All lots have city sewer & water, underground electric, natural gas, and phone/cable ready for tap in with approved application by the various municipalities.
