A: NO. Local builders offer commissions to sales agents who represent new construction clients. The price is the same regardless and you get an experienced broker & expert builder to represent your interests throughout the entire process.
Q: Do you offer "on your lot" home building services?
A: Our building division focuses on investment property development and market homes only, but as a licensed real estate broker, Brad can help you find and interview local builders and be by your side through the construction process.
