1) Do you allow pets?

Yes, we do allow pets.  We have a $250 pet fee, per pet, that is paid up front with the security deposit and is non-refundable.

2) What is the deposit amount needed?

The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent due at the time of lease signing.  The 1st month's rent is due by the 1st day on the lease.  If there are pets, pet deposits are due at the time of lease signing as well.  

3) What does the application process entail?

There is a $30 application fee per adult over 18 years old.  We will conduct a credit and background check and will also need income verification.  Applications are taken online at Trauthproperties.com and Proof of income, W-2's or recent pay stubs are emailed to trauthpropertygroup@gmail.com

4)  Application Requirements

Income: 3-4x monthly rent amount

Credit: mid 600’s and above

No outstanding bills due on credit report

Favorable reference from previous landlord

5) Can you do a lease term other than 12 months?  

It is very rare that we would enter into a lease that is shorter than 12 months, but we can accommodate a lease term of greater than 12 months in most instances.  

6) Do you accept Vouchers/Section 8?  

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept vouchers/Section 8.
